2. Do you do a sport?
I used to! I did basketball/volleyball/softball for a few years, i horseback rode for nine years, and I did kickboxing, Krav Maga and JKD, and minimal mma stuff. Being in school now, I’m too nervous to try out for the team sports because I haven’t played in a while, but there are kickboxing classes and I think I’ll take them :)
19. Does your family support you?
Sort of. They are totally supportive of the healthy eating aspect of it, but my mom worries about me taking “too much protein” sometimes. Also she’s worried that I’m going to get “too bulky,” because my bi’s tri’s and shoulders are getting some pretty sick gains.
29. Are you vegan?
I was for a little while!! I try to eat as vegan as possible ie 2-3 vegan meals a day, use non gmo pea protein powder, etc. I do love my donuts and quest bars, though. Also Wisconsin, so hella cheese.
35. Do you have a fitness buddy?
I did all summer! A friend of mine goes to a different school than me but we were both home for the summer and made some sweet gains
38. Are you body positive?
I try to be, but it’s very hard. After struggling with EDNOS, depression, and anxiety, it’s so hard not to want to essentially tear my body apart. But I take medication and regularly see a therapist, so I feel as though I am stable and mentally healthy. There are definitely things I want to improve on, and some days where I feel that I look down right disgusting, but all in all, I love my body and I want to nourish it properly.
